Easy to make and delicious.
- 1/2 pound sliced quarter Mickelberry's Hickory Smoked Ham
- 4 croissants, plain
- 1 package (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced, pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1-2 sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil
- Cut croissants in half.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on each croissant bottom.
- Place all other ingredients on top of cream cheese spread for each croissant.
- Replace croissant tops. Serve.
